Since April 2014 have operated as a Freelance Contractor / Project Manager, completing assignments for individuals and small businesses as well as well known healthcare provider. Healthcare Provider
• The client identified an opportunity to establish and promote mobile working for CCG staff and GP’s. Engaged as IT Project Lead to drive this initiative forward. Researched market and available technologies; created project documentation following PRINCE 2 methodologies; created test case scenarios and trained appropriate staff on how to test chosen mobile device; designed operational processes and engaged with 3rd party service providers. Succeeded in delivering iPhone/iPads to the CCG staff and GP’s on time and within allocated budget and created blue-print for the further mobile device solutions that can benefit the organisation.

Local Government
• IT customer service levels were low and required intervention. Engaged in the Service Excellence program as an IT Lead to drive customer satisfaction initiative forward. Organised and run workshops to engage with the customer; gathered feedback and addressed concerns; created appropriate processes within 2nd/3rd line support to underpin customer requirements. Successfully designed IT processes using System Thinking approach. This allowed the department to automate processes such as collecting customer satisfaction responses, job scheduling, new starter, leaver, mover, home worker, and software request.
